File your trademark online through the IP India E-Filing Portal using a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).Pay Government Fees
Government fee is ₹4,500 for individuals/startups and ₹9,000 for companies/LLPs per class.Get TM Number & Start Using ™ Symbol
After submission, you’ll receive an acknowledgment and TM number, allowing you to use the ™ symbol immediately.Examination by Registrar
The Registrar examines your application for similarity and legal compliance.Publication in Trademark Journal
If approved, your mark will be published in the Trademark Journal for four months for opposition.Registration Certificate & ® Symbol
Once approved, you’ll receive the Trademark Registration Certificate and can use the ® symbol officially.
