Government fees are ₹ 4,500 for individuals/startups and ₹ 9,000 for companies or LLPs, per class.Get an Application Number
You will immediately receive an acknowledgment number, allowing you to start using the ™ symbol next to your brand name.Examination & Publication
The Trademark Registry examines your application and, if accepted, publishes it in the Trademark Journal for public review.Opposition Period & Registration
If no opposition is filed within four months, your trademark is approved and a Trademark Registration Certificate is issued.
