Spices Board Registration Consultants in India: The Spices Board is the prescription by the authority in order to control an organization or system and export promotion body for Indian spices under the Indian government. Spices Board was inaugurated in 1987 under the Spice Board Act 1986 with the combination of the one-time and Spice export promotion (1960) Cardamom Board (1968)) with the liability of manufacturing/evaluation of cardamom and export promotion of 52 scheduled spices Act. The board is headquartered in Kochi. To educate Indians about the country’s rich spice heritage, The Spices Board of India has started an online campaign called the Spice Train.

We function to promote, develop and regulate the export of spices, and grant certificates for the export of spices. Manufacturers who deal with the export of spices must register with the Spice Board (particularly 52 scheduled spices), and merchants who deal with the export of spices must register with the Spice Board particularly on each 52 scheduled spices.

Procedure of Spices Board Registration

Step 1 : Make registration through online application under spice board website

Step 2 : Fill the application form online (part I and part II) and get the application number

Step 3 : Upload all the necessary documents

Step 4 : Make the payment through NEFT

Step 5 : After payment you may get the hard copy of the application affix sign and seal of signatory

Step 6 : Check the status of the online application after 7-10 days

Step 7 : The application is verified by the spice board

Step 8 : The registration of the Spice Board Certificate is issued by CRES.

Documents required for Spice board Registration

  1. (Form-1) Online Application in the prescribed format
  2. IE (import-export) code certificate which is Self-attested
  3. Registration fee in the form of crossed DD in the prescribed format favoring “spice board”
  4. Partnership deed/ Memorandum and Articles of Association (as in the form of business) which is Self certified
  5. GST registration certificate which is Self certified.
  6. In case of manufacturer-exporter of spices, produce the certificate issued by directorate of industries which is Self attested
  7. PAN card(Self certified)
  8. CEO/the designated officer’s Passport size photograph with white background of your firm.
